Clients range from legal and accounting firms to bank systems and religious organizations. Projects have included converting communications over to voip and ACD configurations to vendor relations and configuration, update recommendations.

Maintain 75+ offices and operations centers PBX system. Responsible for 2500+ users communications needs. Trouble shoot, adds, moves and changes. Responsible for designing voip network and designing global numbering scheme for future networking offices with voip.
